Our Development History
Tenko Robot, led by a former IBM computer design engineer from Silicon Valley, U.S.A., started its journey with the vision of former police chief, Pol. Gen. Suwat Chaengyodsuk in 2020. His goal was to create an online alcohol detector for use at police checkpoints, providing real-time notifications and history summaries.
Our team of engineers and programmers spent a year developing the technology, and on December 28, 2020, we delivered the first 10 units, sponsored by Viriya Insurance Company Limited. Following this success, leading national transportation companies reached out to us, prompting us to develop a solution tailored for drivers. This led to the creation of our first-generation automatic employee health monitoring devices.
With the support of more than 10 leading companies, we developed our second-generation devices, adding blood pressure monitoring feature and several improved designs. Amid the COVID pandemic, we added UVC disinfection and an automatic disinfection filter system to our devices. This innovation made our second-generation devices even more popular, especially with partners like Honda Logistic, who collaborated in development and testing.
By using the same foundation as the Tenko process that leading companies in Japan have adopted as a model for development and paving the way for our user-friendly robotic system. In 2022, we introduced Tenko Robot at the Industrial IoT Solution Expo for Thai industry event, organized by the Federation of Thai Industries. This exposure led to attention and bookings from many leading companies in Thailand.
Today, Tenko Robot is used in transportation and industrial factories, with continuous improvements in hardware and software to meet customer needs and enhance usability. Our mission is to provide convenience for users, reduce inspection costs, improve efficiency, and increase workplace safety.
